Safety
The property owner will not accept responsibility or liability for any accident/illness or damage sustained during the tenancy regardless of howsoever it occurred, therefore travel insurance is strongly advised. In particular your attention is drawn to the fact that the use of all facilities is at your own risk including the Swimming Pool and all appliances provided.
Guests are reminded that swimming is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard present and a responsible adult must accompany minors in and around the swimming pool at all times.
For safety reasons we ask that no glassware is used round the pool, we provide plastic/melamine to use.

Contents of Property
The property is provided with a wide range of inventory including bedding, towels, crockery, microwave , fridge, freezer, hob and oven, hairdryer, iron and board and other electrical appliances,Laptop, various books and ornaments. It is a condition of your rental that all items are used with care, all breakages are replaced and all items are left behind in the property when you depart.
We also request that towels provided for the House are not used by the pool or taken off the property to beaches etc. Seperate Pool towels are available for outside use.

Access and Location
The rental property has it’s own access and ample parking. As the property is a secluded location we will meet guests in Alvaiazere town.
